The hosting provider may process technical access data. If you use the form or email, we process the data you provide to respond, perform an initial conflict check, assess a possible mandate, communicate and meet legal and professional obligations.

3. Technical providers

The site is hosted through Netlify. Form enquiries may be stored on its infrastructure. Email is managed through Infomaniak and may be accessed through Microsoft Outlook. Providers may process technical and communication data under their own terms and security measures.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be accessible to technical providers and, where necessary and lawful, selected independent professionals. Where data is processed outside Switzerland, safeguards required by applicable law are used.

5. Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to process and document the enquiry, conduct checks, meet obligations or defend rights. Enquiries not resulting in a mandate are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

6. Cookies and analytics

The current version uses no proprietary analytics, behavioural advertising or marketing cookies. This notice will be updated if that changes.

7. Rights and security

You may exercise rights under applicable data protection law by contacting the controller. Reasonable measures are applied, but no internet channel is completely secure. Do not submit highly sensitive information or confidential documents at the initial contact stage.
